Shipping Policy

We do our best to get our racks shipped out ASAP after you order. We hand assemble each rack, so sometimes depending on the volume of orders we are working through it can take 3-5 business days for your rack to be sent out. Please remember, we're not Amazon. We're a small business doing our best to keep up with demand, so a little patience can go a long way :)

Our free shipping policy gets to most of our customers in 2-3 days. For international orders, expect  7-10 business days for transit times depending on your country.
